Welcome to SWIFTPAWS DELIVERY. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and SWIFTPAWS DELIVERY.
1. Definitions

“Customer” refers to the individual or organization booking the service.

“Pet” refers to the animal(s) being transported.

“Service” refers to any transportation, logistics, or support provided by SWIFTPAWS DELIVERY.
2. Service Agreement

All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with a valid Booking ID.

Services are provided subject to availability, route restrictions, and applicable regulations.

The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings under certain conditions (including but not limited to unsafe travel conditions or incomplete documentation).
3. Health & Documentation of Pets

Customers must provide accurate health records, vaccination certificates, and permits required for travel.

The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from missing or incomplete documentation.

Pets must be fit for travel. The Company reserves the right to refuse transport if the animal shows signs of severe illness, injury, or unfit condition for travel.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide correct pick-up and drop-off details.

Ensure the pet is placed in an appropriate carrier/crate (approved by the Company).

Supply necessary items such as food, medication, or comfort items if required for the journey.
5. Company Responsibilities

Ensure pets are transported in climate-controlled, safe, and secure conditions.

Provide trained handlers to care for pets during transit.

Offer tracking updates and communication throughout the journey.
6. Liability & Limitations

While every effort is made to ensure pets’ safety, the Company is not liable for:

Natural stress, anxiety, or minor health issues caused by travel.

Delays due to weather, traffic, government regulations, or airline restrictions.

Pre-existing health conditions or unforeseen medical issues.

In rare cases of emergency, the Company reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the Customer’s expense.
7. Payments & Cancellations

Full or partial payment must be made to confirm a booking.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the Company’s refund policy.
8. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to arrange pet travel insurance for additional coverage.

The Company’s liability is limited to the terms outlined here and does not extend beyond standard care and handling.
9. Amendments
SWIFTPAWS DELIVERY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
